Birchwood Apartments — Phase One
Client — Birchwood Developments Ltd
Phase one of the Birchwood development delivered twelve apartment units across three blocks, built from our repeatable Birchwood Type A and Type B plans. Working from a standardized plan let us run three blocks in parallel with the same crews and material orders, shortening the overall build timeline.
All twelve units were fully leased within six weeks of handover.
