The Kironde family came to us with a steep, view-facing lot in Muyenga and a plan drawn for flat ground. We reworked the foundation into a stepped slab to follow the natural grade, which let us keep the original floor plan while cutting excavation costs by nearly a third.
Construction ran fourteen months from groundbreaking to handover, with the family visiting the site every second Saturday for a walkthrough. The finished home keeps the lake view from the main living room and both upstairs bedrooms.
Mars Construction kept us updated every step of the way. The finished home exceeded what we expected from the original drawings.
