Highland Boutique Hotel — Entebbe

An 18-key boutique hotel built on a hillside site overlooking Lake Victoria. The build required extensive retaining wall work before the main structure could start, which we sequenced alongside utility trenching to keep the schedule on track.
The hotel opened for bookings ten months after groundbreaking, ahead of the client's original eighteen-month target.
